CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector suppressing a load applied to a connection part connected to a counterpart connector and a substrate caused by the vibration of a fixing member. SOLUTION: When mounting the connector 1 to an apparatus case 5, if a snap ring 4 is externally fitted in a mounting groove of an adhering part 11 after inserting a hood 12 in a mounting hole 51, the back side of the snap ring 4 abuts on the front side of an apparatus case 5 around the mounting hole 51 and energizes the adhering part 11 forward through the mounting groove, and the connector 1 is moved forward until the front side of the hood part 12 matches its horizontal position with the front side of the apparatus case 5. Attendantly, a pushing force is applied to an elastic support member 14 from the back side of the apparatus case 5 to warp a support part. The connector 1 positioned at the apparatus case 5 is elastically supported by the elastic support member 14 horizontally with respect to the apparatus case 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
