PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management server, a long time overtime worker health management system and a long time overtime worker interview appointment method for quickly and efficiently achieving occupational physician interview to a long time overtime worker. SOLUTION: When a target employee wants to receive an interview on an input screen of a self-check slip, the terminal of the employee is made to display an interview appointment input screen. Even when the target employee does not want to receive any interview, mail for making the terminal of the employee display the interview appointment input screen is transmitted to the terminal of the employee when an occupational physician determines that the employee needs to receive the interview.
