PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire necessary information in consideration of information protection. SOLUTION: In a data management system (1) concerning equipment, a data storage means (50) stores a plurality of selling company information (50c) of equipment in one hierarchy and user information (50a) and equipment information (50b) of equipment linked to one selling company information among a plurality of selling company information in hierarchies lower than the hierarchy. An input means (25) inputs the identification information of a user and the identification information of the user and the equipment. Link creation means (11, 50) further create a link between the user information corresponding to the input identification information or the user information and equipment information corresponding to the input identification information and the other selling company information which is not one selling company information with which the user information and the equipment information is linked among the plurality of selling company information (50c).
