Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-reflecting laminate which has both of high reflection degree and high diffusion degree in reflection of light entering at a low angle and which has excellent reflection efficiency. SOLUTION: The light-reflecting laminate is obtained by layering a light diffusion layer on at least one surface of a light reflector containing a metal layer. The light diffusion layer includes a mixture including a continuous phase including a transparent resin at least and a disperse phase including of a resin incompatible with the transparent resin. The reflection degree and diffusion degree of the light-reflecting laminate on the light diffusion layer side are 0.3-8 and 7.0-30 respectively when measured by a method described in a description of this patent.
