HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker capable of detecting dirt within a cooking chamber. SOLUTION: The heating cooker is provided with the cooking chamber 110 for storing an object to be heated; a heating means for heating the object; a sensor 120 for detecting the wall face temperature of the cooking chamber 110; a storage part 140 for storing a reference value to determine the degree of dirt on the wall face of the cooking chamber 110 based on the detection result of the wall face temperature of the cooking chamber 110 during heating; a calculation part 130 for determining the degree of dirt on the wall face of the cooking chamber 110; and an informing part 150 for informing the degree of dirt on the wall face of the cooking chamber 110. The calculation part 130 determines the degree of dirt on the wall face of the cooking chamber 110 based on the detection result by the sensor 120 during heating and the reference value, and the informing part 150 informs the degree of dirt on the wall face of the cooking chamber 110 based on the determination result.
