Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for a highly airtight and highly heat-insulating house, a fully electrified house capable of improving heating efficiency and cooling efficiency and attaining self-sufficiency in electric power by using only daytime commercial electric power and mid-night electric power from an electric power company as well as electric power obtained through photovoltaic generation. SOLUTION: The highly-airtight/highly-heat-insulating house H is an all-electrified house operated by the electric power W1 from a photovoltaic power generation device S and an electric power control device W as well as the daytime commercial electric power W2 and the mid-night electric power W3 from the electric power company. In the house H, an indoor ventilation space is formed by communicating an under-floor space 10 through a first-floor living space 20, a second-floor living floor 21 and a loft space 30. The under-floor space 10 includes an earthen-floor heat-insulating part 11 and a heat-retaining concrete 12 while a heat-dissipation pipe 13 is embedded inside of the heat-retaining concrete 12. Also, the heat-dissipation-pipe 13 is connected with a pipe from a heat-retaining type electric boiler or an electric cold-water supply device, so as to form an air-conditioning adjustment function 14.
