Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving apparatus suppressing enlargement and increase in weight of an apparatus, which can output sufficient driving force in a wide travel speed range and to further increase energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The hybrid driving apparatus is provided with: an input member I which is connected to an engine E, an output member O which is connected to a wheel W, a first rotary electrical machine MG1, a second rotary electrical machine MG2, and a differential gear unit P1 with three rotational elements that are respectively connected to the input member I, the output member O and the second rotary electrical machine MG2 and the first rotary electrical machine MG1. The hybrid driving apparatus is switchable between a variable speed mode for transmitting rotation of the input member I to the output member O side by variably shifting and a first rotary electrical machine driving mode which is a mode for transmitting the rotary driving force of the first rotary electrical machine MG1 to the output member O and provided with two shifts to be able to be switched.
