Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material having a thickness-directional high thermal conductivity, without filling highly densely a heat-conductive filler, in the composite material of the heat-conductive filler and a matrix resin. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of this composite film includes a process for injecting and applying a dispersion containing a photocurable resin and a dielectric filler dispersed into the resin, onto a moving support body, and a process for curing the photocurable resin, and the composite film is manufactured by a method of applying an electric field by two electrodes provided in an upstream and a downstream along a moving direction of the support body with the dispersion in a nozzle therebetween.
