Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate or reduce the use of a welding tool, to simplify a welding operation or to reduce a cost of welding operation. SOLUTION: A temporary fitting mechanism 6 for temporarily fitting a fitted material 5 into a deck member 40 of a housing body 4 is constituted of a leg part 61 for insertion formed in either one of the fitted material 5 side and the housing body 4 side and a positioning recessed part 60 formed in the other of the housing body 4 side and the fitted material 5 side so as to insert the leg part 61 for insertion into the recessed part, the fitted material 5 is welded in a temporary fitting state by the temporary fitting mechanism 6 and the fitted material 5 is fixed into the deck member 40 of the housing body 4.
