Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge cell discharging circuit capable of efficiently adjusting the amount of ozone generation while automatically keeping the drive frequency near the resonance frequency at all times. SOLUTION: The discharge cell discharging circuit includes a power supply section (Uw) for supplying the direct current power, an inverter (Uj), a transformer (Tr), and a resonator section consisting of a closed loop connecting a discharge cell (Ds) at the secondary side of the transformer (Tr) and a resonant inductor (Lm) and comprising the resonant inductor (Lm) and a parasitic capacitance (Cm). Further, the discharge cell discharging circuit has a tuning control section (Us) for controlling the drive frequency of the inverter (Uj) to tune the resonant frequency of the resonator section and the drive frequency of the inverter (Uj) as well as a power control circuit (Uwc) for controlling the output power from the power supply section (Uw) to become the specified output power through adjustable settings, and continues discharging of the discharge cell (Ds) using two control systems for drive frequency control of the inverter (Uj) by the use of the tuning control section (Us) and power control by the use of the power control circuit (Uwc).
