Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device for an electric oil pump which can secure necessary oil pressure or a flow rate even if an oil temperature is changed. SOLUTION: The motor control device 3 controls the drive of a brushless motor 2 which drives the electric oil pump 1 arranged in a pump circuit. A control command value inputted from a host AT control device 4 is corrected so that the discharging pressure of the electric oil pump is not changed even if a temperature of the discharged oil of the electric oil pump 1 is changed. A control command generation means of the motor control device 3 corrects a variation amount of an output caused by a temperature of the brushless motor with respect to the control command value inputted from the host AT control device 4, and outputs a control command value after correction.
