MOBILE TERMINAL, CONTROL APPARATUS, IC CARD, AND FUNCTION LIMITING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform function limitation by a controller easily and securely even by a mobile terminal capable of handling registration information independently from the mobile terminal main unit. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 110 is characterized in including a card information acquiring unit 324 for acquiring the registration information and limitation information from an IC card in which the registration information including a telephone number and a contractor specifying identifier and the limitation information for limiting a function to be usable by the mobile terminal are nonseparately stored, a terminal activating unit 350 for activating the mobile terminal based on the registration information, and a function limiting unit 352 for limiting a function capable of being used by the mobile terminal based on the limitation information while the mobile terminal is activated by the terminal activating unit.
