SOLUTION: In an encryption system, when a PHS terminal 110 acquires data, location information at that time is acquired, the data are encrypted with a terminal specific encryption key received from an encryption key generating server 150. When decrypting the data, the location information in acquiring the data and location information in decryption is transmitted to a decryption key generating server 160 and when two points are within a predetermined distance, a decryption key is generated to decrypt the data.
