Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of having inner conduction members and outer terminal members welded with deterioration of a resin spacer restrained, a vehicle loading such a battery and a battery-loaded apparatus, as well as a manufacturing method of such a battery. SOLUTION: The battery 1 is provided with a power-generating element 50, a battery case 10, inner conduction members 25, 35 equipped with penetrating connection parts 26, 36 penetrating the battery case to protrude outside, outer terminal members 21, 31 making up welded parts PP1, PN molten together with the penetrating connection parts by welding with the penetrating connection parts, a resin spacer 41 intercalated between the battery case and the outer terminal members. The penetrating connection parts include superposed parts 27, 37 superposed on outer side faces 22A, 32A of the outer terminal members, and the welded parts are formed inside the superposed parts and the outer terminal members by butt welding of the superposed parts with the outer terminal members with the use of energy beams EB.
