SOLUTION: The dental illuminating device 1 for illuminating the inside of the oral cavity includes white LEDs 32, 32, 82, 82 which are light sources; reflecting plates 35, 35, 76, 76, 85, 85 provided to reflect light emitted from the white LEDs to allow the light to go outside; and switching means 21, 71 for reducing light of predetermined wavelength out of the light emitted from the white LEDs to allow the light to go outside.
