Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an ophthalmic lens comprising a surface utility microstructure, in particular, a surface microstructure having an extinction actuation. SOLUTION: The ophthalmic lens made of organic glass is manufactured by the molding between two constitutional elements 2 and 4 of a mold 1 connected with a stationary element 5. An optical material or composition is introduced into a mold assembly by casting or injection through a hole 6 and is cured or polymerized in the assembly, and the mold is disassembled to obtain an optical lens. At least one of the mold constitutional elements 2 and 4 includes an inner surface 3 having a viewing field correction shape. The inner surface 3 of the mold constitutional element 2 is provided with the surface utility microstructure, that is, the microstructure having an extinction actuation.
