Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower mount for mounting a wind turbine assembly on a base so as to make it endure falling-down moment. SOLUTION: A wind turbine assembly 100 includes a wind turbine power generator 105 and a tower 102 having an upper end section and a lower end section. The wind turbine assembly 100 includes the tower mount 127 which can support the tower. The tower mount has upper end section and the lower end section. The upper end section of the tower mount can connect with the lower end section of the tower, and the lower end section of the tower mount can be mounted on the base so as to fix the wind turbine assembly on the base. The tower mount is tubular, and has a height and an outer cross-sectional dimension substantially greater than the height of the tower mount. The tower mount includes a plurality of circumferential segments which can be connected at an approximately end section butting relationship so as to form the tubular tower mount.
