Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor against trypsinogen activation that has few side effects on a living body and performs the sufficient inhibiting action against trypsinogen activation (or trypsin inhibiting function), or a preventive and therapeutic agent of pancreatitis. SOLUTION: The inhibitor is characterized by using galactosamine or its derivative. The galactosamine or its derivative has the inhibiting function against decomposition of trypsinogen to trypsin (activation of trypsinogen) by trypsin and thus can be used as an inhibitor against trypsinogen activation and a preventive and therapeutic agent of pancreatitis.
