Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetite particle high in heat conductivity and excellent in environmental stability. SOLUTION: The magnetite particle contains Fe and Si in the central area thereof, Fe, Si and Al in the surface area thereof and Fe, Si and Ti in the intermediate area between the central area and the surface area. The magnetite particle has preferably 0.15-0.50 W/(mK) heat conductivity. It is preferable that the magnetite particle has ≥5.0×104Ωcm volume electrical resistance RNNat 23°C in 55% RH (relative humidity) and has 5-40% ratio (RHH/RLL×100), (wherein RHHis the volume electrical resistance at 35°C in 85% RH; RLLis the volume electrical resistance at 10°C in 20% RH).
