Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing structure of a substrate of an electronic device stored in a case of the electronic device while securing gas permeability in the case by a simple and convenient constitution and capable of improving a damping property of the substrate to install an electronic part on it. SOLUTION: This pressurizing structure of the substrate of the electronic device includes: a cover 10 fixed on a fixed body B to partition an inside space in cooperation with the fixed body and to store the substrate 40 fixed in the case 20 in the inside space; and pressurizing and ventilating members 60, 90, 100 provided between the cover and the substrate to ventilate the inside space and to pressurize the substrate accompanied by the fixing of the cover to the fixed body.
