Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming machine capable of reducing the wear of a guide roller itself, thereby improving its durability and reducing the manufacturing cost of the hemming work. SOLUTION: The hemming machine is provided with: the working rollers for performing the hemming work to the edge part of a workpiece; a guide roller which is arranged across the workpiece so as to oppose to the working roller; a die which is arranged between the working roller and the guide roller, on the surface of one side of which the workpiece is placed, also on the surface of the other side of which guide grooves for guiding the guide roller are provided; and a moving means for supporting the working roller and the guide roller freely movably. The guide roller has a first guide roller which is engaged with the guide roller and a second guide roller which is brought into contact with the vicinity of the guide groove.
