Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To the solve the following problem: an operator may induce a human error because it takes much time for switching a control screen to completely recover from a power failure accident in a wide range resulting from an accident of a high-order substation and it is necessary to determine whether or not trial charging is to be performed in a section of power failure. SOLUTION: The power failure range is recognized from an accident occurrence point in a power system and the order of recovery steps to be taken for accident recovery is determined. In addition, a recovery operation screen of an electric power station according to the priority is transiently called out to assist accident recovery by the operator, thereby shortening the recovery time and improving a recovery level to reduce a burden on the operator and prevent a human error.
