Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when a single enterpriser constructs a system by assuming only own services in a WiMAX system, since there is only one NSP connected from a NAP, an NSP selecting means is not required; however, when permitting entry of an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in the system, the NSP is required to be prepared for each business so that the NSP selecting means from the NAP is required. SOLUTION: In a configuration comprising MSs, BSs, ASN-GWs, and NSPs, selection of an ASN-GW is executed, by utilizing an NSP ID or an NAI as a means for selecting the ASN-GW during the Network Entry. For the selection, a WS (WiMAX Switch) is installed between each ASN-GW and each BS. According to this, it has effects that make the GW made to relate to an arbitrary NSP selectable, without affecting the specifications of each MS and those of each BS, and it also has the effects of reducing the processing load, by dividing the processing load into processing requiring authentication and processing other than that.
