SOLUTION: Inner peripheral face parts 60, 60 of an opening 14 for a switch knob of an assembling panel 12 which are oppositely positioned to outer peripheral face parts 64, 64 arranged on both sides of mutually opposite direction of at least a pair of support parts 44, 44 to support the switch knob 16 rotatably around a rotational axis 48 are formed to be gradually separated from the outer peripheral parts 64, 64 of the switch knob 16 from a face 11 on a vehicle chamber side of the assembling panel 12 toward its rear face 13 side.
