PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform data communication when simultaneously operating a plurality of applications in a plurality of terminals, for example, in a cellular phone and a PC. SOLUTION: The information processor to be applied to a communication system configured so that a plurality of information processors having communication function mutually perform transmission and receiving of signals includes a plurality of transmitting-side queues 81a and 81b each provided in conformation to a predetermined priority; a transmitting-side queue insertion part 82 which selects, when transmitting data to the other information processor, a queue corresponding to the priority, and stores data to be transmitted to the selected queue; and a transmitting-side queue read part 83 which successively reads data in the descending order of the priority.
