PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content display, capable of surely providing the read-out result of each article to a user even when continuously reading out a plurality of contents displayed on one screen, a content display method, a program, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: A television set 100 is the content display capable of successively reading out character strings related to a plurality of contents by voice while displaying the plurality of contents on one screen. The television set 100 displays a plurality of contents on one screen, and includes a setting part 114 which sets a display state of the screen in order to report, with respect to a content with a character string related thereto being read-out of the plurality of contents displayed on the screen, this content to a user so that it can be discriminated from other contents.
