PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select display elements desired by a user from among a plurality of display elements for executing an application when the display elements for executing the application permanently reside on a display screen. SOLUTION: This information processor for displaying display elements for executing an application having a specific function on a display screen includes: a storage part 305 for storing a plurality of display elements of the application; a setting means 301 for setting conditions related with the application; a decision means 303 for deciding the display elements to be displayed on the display screen on the basis of conditions set by the setting means; and a display means 305 for displaying only the display elements decided by the decision means on the display screen.
