Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device for simultaneously performing adjustment of a pedal position and the adjustment of a pedal reaction force. SOLUTION: A pedal arm 4 is moved backward and forward a stepping direction by a pedal position/reaction force adjuster 7 configured of an electric motor 13, a screw mechanism 14 and a stopper part 15. Thus, a cam follower 16 installed in the pedal arm 4 is moved, and a cam 17 is moved. Thus, a spring 19 is bent according to the movement of the cam 17, and the elastic force of the spring 19 is added as a reaction force to the cam 17. This reaction force is added through the cam 17 and the cam follower 16 to a brake pedal 2 so that it is possible to simultaneously achieve reaction force adjustment by moving the pedal arm 4 by the pedal position/reaction force adjuster 7.
