PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of sucking more surely the whole plasma component from a liquid specimen after being subjected to centrifugal separation treatment. SOLUTION: When sucking a plasma component, the upper surface level of a separation agent is acquired beforehand based on the sectional area of a specimen container 50 or the volume of the separation agent. Thereafter, when clogging occurs in the middle of the suction of the plasma component, a control part 10 determines whether the clogging is caused by the contact of a nozzle tip 40 with the separation agent or not based on a comparison result between the tip height of the nozzle tip 40 and the upper surface level of the separation agent at a clogging occurrence time. When the clogging is caused by the separation agent, it is determined that the plasma component is sucked almost completely, and sucking treatment is finished. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
