Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate layering work, in an electric heater layered sequentially with a holding member for holding a heating member, a heat exchange member, and an electrode member. SOLUTION: A heater part 25 is constituted by layering sequentially a resin frame 23b fit in with a PTC element 23a of generating heat by electrification, fins 22, and an electrode plate 24. The fins 22 promote the heat generation of the PTC element 23a. The electrode plate 24 electrifies the PTC element 23a. This electric heater is constituted by layering the plurality of prepared heater parts 25. A longitudinal-directional extended part 31 of the resin frame 23b is extended toward an electrode plate 24 side. A tip of the extended part 31 is formed with a through-hole 31a for inserting the electrode plate 24.
