PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption with respect to a server device. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the purpose, the server device includes a control room 2, and a plurality of server rooms 3a, 3b, 3c disposed in the control room 2, a plurality of servers 14a, 14b, 14c are disposed in the server rooms 3a, 3b, 3c, further heat exchangers 5a, 5b, 5c are disposed in the server rooms 3a, 3b, 3c, the heat exchangers 5a, 5b, 5c are provided with first air ducts 6a, 6b, 6c for circulating the air in the server rooms 3a, 3b, 3c, and second air ducts 7a, 7b, 7c kept in a non-ventilating state to the first air ducts 6a, 6b, 6c, the first air ducts 6a, 6b, 6c and the second air ducts 7a, 7b, 7c are connected in a heat exchanging state, and evaporating means 8a, 8b, 8c are disposed on prescribed positions of the second air ducts 7a, 7b, 7c to evaporate the liquid.
