EXPOSED STAIRS AND ASSEMBLING METHOD FOR EXPOSED STAIRS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed stairs, which can be assembled with a stringer, a tread and tread fixture having high productivity because of their simple structure and can support the weight applied to the tread in a wide area, and a method for assembling the exposed stairs. SOLUTION: Projecting face portions 413, 423 projecting outwardly from the angle longer than the thickness of the tread fixtures 41, 42, are integrally provided on tip ends of side surfaces 411, 421 of the angle-shaped tread fixtures 41, 42. After the other side surfaces 412, 422 of the tread fixtures 41, 42 are screwed to the tread 31, the projecting face portions 413, 423 are fitted into a pair of engagement grooves 212, 222 formed in the stringers 21, 22 in the longitudinal direction of the engagement grooves 212, 222, and then the side surfaces 411, 421 are screwed to the stringers 21, 22. The weight load applied on the tread 31 and transmitted to the tread fixtures 41, 42 is stably supported by the screws and inner/bottom faces of the engagement grooves 212, 222.
