Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a reinforced concrete member, which can effectively reduce stress, caused by bending moment causing occurrence of crushing, only in a location of formation of a hinge or a location capable of remarkably causing the crushing of the concrete before the formation of the hinge, without being premised on the adoption of ultrahigh strength concrete, in consideration of the joint structure of the reinforced concrete member and a fixing end; and to provide a building using the joint structure of the reinforced concrete member. SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete column member 1, in which a main reinforcement 7 for a column and a hoop reinforcement 8 are embedded and a pressure reducing reinforcement 10 for bearing axial stress is embedded in an area inside the hoop reinforcement and on the side of uneven distribution of great compression stress, is joined to the side of a footing beam 2 by anchoring an anchoring end 10a of the pressure reducing reinforcement on the side of the footing beam 2.
