Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-hot forging die whose service life can be improved compared with the conventional one. SOLUTION: The warm-hot forging die is formed of an Ni based alloy having a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.1% C, ≤2.0% Si, ≤2.0% Mn, 35 to 40% Cr, 3.0 to 4.5% Al, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities, and, after being subjected to solution treatment in which solid solution temperature T shown by formula (1)±20°C lies in the range of 1,000 to 1,250°C, is subjected to aging treatment in the range of 700 to 820°C, and has hardness of 45 to 55 HRC: formula (1): T=-348.06+32.04Cr+71.53Al (T: solid solution temperature (°C), and Cr and Al are respective contents (mass%)).
