Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-marker diagnosing (the abnormality of) intestinal tract, especially colitis in an early stage. SOLUTION: The characteristics of intestinal proteases are shown by preparing a sodium dextran sulfate-induced mouse colitis model. The intestinal proteases showing a negative high correlation to inflammation intensity, and the protease hydrolyzing the arginine C-terminal of an X-phenylalanine-arginine-4-methyl-cumaryl-7-amide are provided from the intestines having different inflammation intensity, wherein, the X is any of benzyloxycarbonyl or L-proline.
