Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a phosphate fertilizer at a low cost and capable of promoting the recycling of phosphorus resources without using an expensive rock phosphate being exhaustible resources and to provide the phosphate fertilizer. SOLUTION: The phosphate fertilizer is manufactured by using a carbide of an organic waste as a phosphorus source and subjecting the carbide to heat-treatment. The carbide generated in a carbonization furnace (1) is supplied to a fertilizer manufacturing furnace (3), and in the furnace of the fertilizer manufacturing furnace (3) to which the carbide is supplied, the rock phosphate for replenishing and the secondary materials such as serpentinite and sodium carbonate are further supplied, and the phosphate fertilizer is generated by heating the inside of the furnace by combustion of a fuel or impression of an electric power.
