LAMINATE FOR RONDELLE MOLDING, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, RONDELLE MOLDING, AND TUBE CONTAINER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a rondelle molding which is good in followablity to deep draw molding, is prevented from generating delamination and a pinhole, and is excellent in moldability, to produce the rondelle molding which is excellent in gas-barrier properties and openability during the sticking opening of a sealed spout, and to provide a tube container using it. SOLUTION: The laminate for the rondelle molding is composed of at least an unstretched thermoplastic resin layer, a metal foil protective layer, an anchor coat layer, and a thermoplastic resin layer which are arranged in turn from the outside. The anchor coat layer is formed by applying/drying a water-based dispersion which contains 0.01-5 mass% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride and in which polyolefin copolymerization resin particles having a number average particle size of 1 μm or below are dispersed, and a nonvolatile aqueous auxiliary is not contained substantially.
