Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficiently minute and highly uniform ultrafine particles (primary particles, or independent secondary particles without binding to each other) by mixing a plurality of raw material solutions, which particles result from the raw materials in the raw material solutions. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing ultrafine particles by mixing at least two species of raw material solutions A, B, which particles result from the raw materials in the raw material solutions A, B, includes a high speed agitation device 10 capable of forming an area wherein the shear rate is 30,000 sec-1or higher, nozzles 16A, 16B capable of independently introducing each of the raw material solutions A, B directly into the area, and a pair of raw material solution feeding devices each connected to the nozzles 16A, 16B.
