Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner for preventing the deterioration of suction force caused by clogging in the filter of a dust collection case, stabilizing the centroid of a cleaner body, preventing the increase of air passage resistance, and easily inserting/removing the dust collection case to/from a dust collection chamber. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes: the cleaner body 1 having the dust collection chamber 17 on an upstream side and a power blower chamber 18 on a downstream side across a partition wall 16 having a vent hole 15; the dust collection case 30 which has the filter opposing to the vent hole 15 of the partition wall 16 and is freely attachably and detachably stored in the dust collection chamber; a vibration plate 20 arranged between the partition wall and the filter of the dust collection case, having a turning fulcrum on the lower side of the partition wall, and normally urged toward the partition wall by an resilient member 21; and a power transmission means 50 for allowing the vibration plate 20 to perform a simple harmonic motion so as to hit the lower part of the filter when the dust removal is performed for the filter of the dust collection case 30.
