Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for preparing a cellular tissue such as a blood vessel by utilizing a static inkjet phenomenon. SOLUTION: The pattern preparation apparatus for carrying out patterning of a cellular tissue on a substrate includes at least one container for holding a solution containing a material for forming the cellular tissue, the substrate of a target for the patterning, and a voltage-applying portion for applying a voltage to the container. The voltage is applied to the container by the voltage-applying portion to generate an electric field between the container and the substrate, to enable the solution to be jetted from the container by the static inkjet phenomenon and to enable the jetted solution to attach onto the substrate in the pattern preparation apparatus.
