Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic TFT (Thin Film Transistor) which has superior characteristics and high reliability without making the manufacturing process thereof complicated and expensive. SOLUTION: The organic TFT has a source electrode/drain electrode and a source bus which are formed separately and discontinuously on a first base layer, an organic semiconductor film formed by dripping an organic semiconductor solution onto the source electrode/drain electrode, and a conductive pattern formed on a second base layer, the source electrode and source bus being electrically connected to each other through the conductive pattern.
