TERMINAL SECURITY SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance service support system which is excellent in operability using a personal digital assistant. SOLUTION: The maintenance service support system includes: a personal digital assistant 11 having an information processing function and a portable telephone function; and a portal server 17 connected through a public communication line network 12 and a virtual private network device 13 to the personal digital assistant 11, and connected through a corporate LAN 31 to a business system 30 for processing information related with a maintenance service, and for executing the authentication of a terminal holder, the retrieval of the unique information of a terminal holder, the generation of a portal site page having a link to the unique information and the transmission of the portal site page to the personal digital assistant 11 as a series of processes according to a connection instruction received from the personal digital assistant 11.
