Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection support system of a maintenance service support system which is excellent in operability using a personal digital assistant. SOLUTION: When a connection button is clicked, a personal digital assistant 11 transmits input password and a terminal ID uniquely assigned to the personal digital assistant 11 to a portal server 17 for instructing connection, and downloads a portal site page and unique information, and stores the downloaded portal site page and unique information in a prescribed folder different from the cache of a browser, and disconnects the line.
