SYSTEM FOR MANAGING LIFE CYCLE OF EQUIPMENT AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that a worker makes inspection to equipment sequentially for each area in conventional maintenance and inspection work, and, for this reason, he is not aware of a deterioration degree of the equipment and also makes inspection to equipment regardless of whether the equipment is new or old to make the maintenance and inspection work inefficient. SOLUTION: A degree of deterioration of each piece of equipment is computed on the basis of a place, at which the equipment is installed, and a period of time after the equipment is installed at the place. Then, at least either a piece of equipment, whose deterioration degree is estimated to exceed its durability when work is made to it, or a piece of equipment, whose deterioration degree is estimated to exceed its durability when the next work is made to it in the case that it is continually used at the same place, is outputted as the equipment to be preferentially subjected to maintenance and inspection.
