Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical intensity distribution simulation device and simulation method, allowing high-accuracy simulation of an optical reflection plate having strong light diffusibility accompanied by diffuse reflection and specular reflection, and to provide a program making the method be executed and a recording medium storing the program. SOLUTION: An optical reflection plate simulation part 122 has a configuration wherein a specular reflection component and a diffuse reflection component are separated and simulated, and has a specular/diffuse reflection component calculation means 122a for calculating each reflection component. The specular/diffuse reflection component calculation means 122a has a configuration wherein the specular reflection component fitted by use of a plurality of peak fitting functions is used to evaluate the specular reflection component with high accuracy.
