Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and observe the specific bonding of a molecule using a monomolecular fluorometric analyzing technique without being affected by the background light or nonspecific reaction caused by the presence of impurities even in the presence of impurities other than a detection target molecule. SOLUTION: Beads containing the third molecule specifically bonded to a first molecule in a solid-phase state are added to a mixed sample solution of a first sample containing a first molecule DNA labelled by fluorescence and a second sample containing a second molecule P determined whether to be specifically bonded to the first molecule or the second sample wherein it is determined whether the second molecule specifically bonded to the first molecule is present and it is determined whether the first molecule is fixed on the beads on the basis of the fluorescent intensity of the fluorescent label of the first molecule in the mixed sample solution. In the case where the first molecule is fixed on the beads, the first molecule is determined to be specifically bonded to the second molecule (or the second molecule is determined to be present in the second sample).
