SHIFT CONTROL DEVICE AND VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and smoothly perform a shift change by shortening a time between a change-speed command until the disconnection of a clutch. SOLUTION: This shift control device 10 has the clutch 20 for connecting and disconnecting power transmitted to a driving wheel 14 from an engine 12 based on operation inputted to a shift operation means 18, and an actuator 22 for controlling the drive of the clutch 20. A control means 24 having a control means 24 for controlling the drive of the actuator 22 has an operation quantity detecting means 28 for detecting an operation quantity of the shift operation means 18, a shift start preparing means 30 for controlling the actuator toward the disengagement of the clutch 20 by driving the actuator 22 in a stage that the operation quantity detected by the operation quantity detecting means 28 exceeds a first threshold, and a shift starting means 32 for controlling the disengagement of the clutch 20 by driving the actuator 22 in a stage that the operation quantity detected by the operation quantity detecting means 28 exceeds a second threshold larger than the first threshold.
