Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted siphon structure for sewerage, which can make sand etc. flow in the flow of waste water, to thereby alleviate a burden on later cleaning work. SOLUTION: An inverted siphon structure is provided with an upstream inverted siphon chamber 11, a downstream inverted siphon chamber 12, and an inverted siphon crossing pipe 13. A sand raising pipe 30 having a discharge port 31 at an upper end and a suction port 32 at a lower end is elected inside of the downstream inverted siphon chamber 12 or along the downstream inverted siphon chamber, the upper end discharge port 31 of the sand raising pipe 30 is communicated with the downstream sewer 2 and the lower end suction port 32 is positioned at a bottom 12a of the downstream inverted siphon chamber 12. Then, a weir 33 is arranged between the upper end discharge port 31 of the sand raising pipe 30 and a free water level of the waste water in the downstream inverted siphon chamber so that the free water level is risen higher than the discharge port 31 of the sand raising pipe 30, and the sand raising is performed by the upflow of waste water in the sand raising pipe which is generated by the water level difference between the free water level of waste water stopped by the weir in the downstream inverted siphon chamber and the upper end discharge port of the sand raising pipe.
