Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust port structure further improved in appearance. SOLUTION: The exhaust port structure is provided with a muffler cutter 20 comprising a pipe-like body 21 and a flange 22 formed at an opening edge of the body 21 on the rear side of the car. The muffler cutter 20 is assembled into a fastening hole 31 formed in a bumper 30. The flange 22 formed in the opening edge of the muffler cutter 20 is assembled so as to become substantially the same plane with the peripheral opening part of the assembling hole 31.
