Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle spring height adjustment device of a truck for a railway vehicle for stably performing work. SOLUTION: The axle spring height adjustment device 20 of the truck for the railway vehicle has an elastic support structure that a spring support member 16 is inserted to a cylindrical part 12 formed at an axle box body 3 side and an axle spring 15 is provided between the spring support member 16 and a side beam 1. The axle spring height adjustment device 20 of the truck for the railway vehicle has a reaction force receiving member 21 caught in the receiving part 13 in which an installation part 211 is positioned below the cylindrical part 12 and a jack means 22 mounted to the installation part 211 and pushing up the spring support member 16 from below relative to the truck for the railway vehicle constituted such that the receiving part 13 projected in a radial direction on an upper end part is formed on the cylindrical part 12 and a liner is inserted to a clearance between a flange 16a formed on the spring support member 16 and the receiving part 13.
